Uniplex™ 354 is a dibenzoate used as non-phthalate plasticizer with high solvating characteristics for coatings, adhesives and plastisols. Uniplex™ 354 offers bleed resistance and anti-migration properties to plasticized PVC, a property which is particularly used in PVC plastisol printing on colored fabrics. Uniplex™ 354 is characterized by a good compatibility with a large number of polymers such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) and polyacrylates.

Applications

Uniplex™ 354 is used as a plasticizer for a wide range or articles based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinyl acetate (PVAc), and polyacrylates.

Typical applications are:

  • PVC plastisol printing on colored fabrics
  • plastisols for artificial leather, flooring, wallpaper, and links
  • plasticizer for adhesives, caulks and sealants
