PDFPlasthall® 190 is a performance-enhancing plasticizer, developed for use in cross-linked systems where aging and weathering stability are required. This non-phthalate chemistry has high efficiency at viscosity reduction and provides significant reduction in Tg. The skin time of sealant applications using Plasthall® 190 remains remains stable after heat aging and weathering and is reduced compared to standard phthalates with unchanged aging performance. Plasthall® 190 was also evaluated and provided very stable aging/weathering results for physical testing including elongation, tensile strength and hardness. This product has proven compatibility in PU, SMP, epoxy-polyol, and urethane-acrylate formulations.
