Paraplex® G-58 is part of a group of high-viscosity polymeric plasticizers compatible with a wide range of polymers, including polyvinyl chloride, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, and polyurethane. Formerly known as Ultramoll® V, the product was rebranded in 2024 to reflect Hallstar’s new ownership.

This adipic acid-based polymeric plasticizer is migration-resistant and resists extraction by oil, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and water once incorporated into a compound. Compounds plasticized with Paraplex® G-58 remain soft and flexible even after prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. It is ideal for applications such as calendared films, hoses, cables, conveyor belts, boots, shoe soles, and other uses requiring high oil resistance.
