MAGLITE® D-SSF

MAGLITE D-SSF is a high purity lightly calcined high surface area very active magnesium oxide. It’s primary use is to neutralize acids formed during processing of elastomer compounds. This high quality magnesium oxide is produced through a precision controlled seawater extraction process which produces consistent unique crystal morphology.

MAGLITE Y is an intermediate activity magnesium oxide. This product is used mainly in fluoroelastomers and provides a good overall balance of properties and smooth extrusions.

CALCIUM HYDROXIDE HP-XL

Calcium Hydroxide HP-XL is an alkali that is used in many industrial applications. In rubber compounds, Calcium Hydroxide HP-XL serves as an accelerator because of its high calcium hydroxide content and low impurities.

HALLCO® CAOP

Hallco® CAOP is based on high purity calcium hydroxide and 20% Plasthall® DOP. Wetting out the powdery, fluffy calcium hydroxide with dioctyl phthalate does several functions. The high purity of the calcium hydroxide used in Hallco® CAOP speeds the cure, prevents porosity, and acts as an acid receptor. It is used as an acid receptor. The amount of DOP wetting agent is normally not sufficient to affect any curing or processing properties of the fluoroelastomer polymers.

CALCIUM OXIDE HP-XL

Calcium Oxide HPXL acts as a moisture scavenger in rubber compounding. It is used in footwear, hose, gasket, tube and roll compounds and is compatible with most rubber elastomers.

MAGLITE® DE

MAGLITE DE is a high surface area high activity magnesium oxide which provides excellent reactivity in fluoroelastomer compounds by removing and neutralizing hydrogen fluoride.

MONOPLEX® DOS

MONOPLEX DOS (di-2-ethylhexyl sebacate) offers low volatility high plasticizing efficiency excellent resistance to extraction by water soaps and detergents and excellent flexibility at low temperatures.

PLASTHALL® DOS

Plasthall DOS is a monomeric ester. DOS offers excellent low temperature performance high plasticizing efficiency low volatility and excellent polar fluid extraction resistance.

SUPRMIX® D-148® DRY

SUPRMIX® D-148 eliminates the problems in weighing and the need to scrape out the weighing container during the mixing cycle by our incorporating the D-148 process aid on our amorphous silica carrier to make a free flowing powder dispersion. SUPRMIX® D-148 can be used effectively in place of several higher priced products. It is neutral in most cure systems and contains no waxes or silicones to affect adhesion or bonding qualities. It is highly compatible in SBR, CR and is also useful in natural rubber and EPDM.
