Suprmix products are a dry liquid dispersion form of virtually any liquid plasticizer. The liquid is dispersed and absorbed onto a dry carrier (example: silica) and are typically 72 percent liquid, 28 percent carrier.
Suprmix® Plasthall® P-920 is a high molecular weight polyester additive developed to reduce the processing viscosity of FKM elastomer compounds. This polyester additive can both reduce the Mooney viscosity while providing long term flexibility for the most demanding elastomer applications.
SUPRMIX® 1312 LV ends the handling problems associated with high viscosity by our putting the material on an amorphous silica carrier. SUPRMIX® 1312 LV is a low viscosity grade. SUPRMIX® 1312 LV provides all the benefits without the necessity for heating the liquid to make it more easily handled and weighed. SUPRMIX® 1312 LV is a free flowing, powdered dispersion that speeds mixing. SUPRMIX® 1312 LV is used in molded and extruded products, covered rolls, plastisols, and adhesives.
SUPRMIX® 140 is a low viscosity trialky phosphate that acts as a plasticizer and a flame retardant. SUPRMIX® 140 may retard cure with high loadings. SUPRMIX® 140 aids in filler dispersion thereby reducing pigment loadings in colored compounds.
SUPRMIX® 900 provides a hydrophilic surface to improve the water film on the surface of the roller. SUPRMIX® 900 is also effective in plasticizing copolymer emulsions used in adhesive formulating.
SUPRMIX® D-148 eliminates the problems in weighing and the need to scrape out the weighing container during the mixing cycle by our incorporating the D-148 process aid on our amorphous silica carrier to make a free flowing powder dispersion. SUPRMIX® D-148 can be used effectively in place of several higher priced products. It is neutral in most cure systems and contains no waxes or silicones to affect adhesion or bonding qualities. It is highly compatible in SBR, CR and is also useful in natural rubber and EPDM.

SUPRMIX® EPON® 828 is a dispersion of this extremely useful, but viscous liquid on our amorphous silica carrier. The result is a free flowing, easy-to-handle powder that incorporates quickly into rubber compounds. SUPRMIX® EPON® 828 is used as a tackifier, cross-linker and adhesion promoter in rubber, coatings, composites, chemical resistant tank linings, grouts, electrical applications, construction, castings, flooring, concrete, adhesion formulations and many other uses too numerous to list.
SUPRMIX® PARAPLEX® A-8600 is a medium molecular weight polymeric ester, which provides a permanent plasticizer with superior humidity and extraction resisitance.
SUPRMIX® PARAPLEX® G-25. We put our own Paraplex® G-25 on our amorphous silica carrier to make a free-flowing powdered dispersion. All of those benchmark properties of HallStar’s Paraplex® G-25: permanence; compatibility; retention of physical properties at prolonged service at high temperatures; excellent resistance to extraction in/by gasoline, oils, detergents and soapy water; and freedom from migration into plastics, rubber, lacquers, alkyds, and varnish finishes are retained —- just in a form that is remarkably convenient to handle, weigh, and mix.
SUPRMIX® PARAPLEX® G-30 is a low molecular weight polyester dispersed on an amorphous silica carrier. SUPRMIX® PARAPLEX® G-30 provides a free flowing, easy to handle powder that incorporates quickly into rubber compounds and offers good balance performance properties at low cost. SUPRMIX® PARAPLEX® G-30 shows exceptional compatibility with vinyl resins over a wide range of environmental conditions; high humidity, high temperature, and exterior exposure.
