Suprmix Plasthall P-7046 is a medium to high molecular weight polyester glutarate dispersed on an amorphous silica carrier. Plasthall P-7046 is a viscous and hard to handle liquid at room temperature. Suprmix Plasthall P-7046 provides a free flowing, easy to handle powder that incorporates quickly into rubber compounds.

Plasthall P-7046 is a medium to high molecular weight polyester having a medium viscosity. Plasthall P-7046 allows easy handling, yet has most of the advantages of the extremely high viscosity polymeric plasticizers.

Plasthall P-7046 offers a good balance of low volatility, resistance to extraction by organic fluids, and a low tendency to migrate to polystyrene and ABS substrates. Plasthall P-7046 also offers better resistance to oxidative and hydrolytic attack than other polymeric plasticizers.
